Homemade Yogurt Pops From Jamie Oliver

Leave it to Jamie Oliver to turn this quintessential summer fare, the popsicle, into a healthy satisfying treat. This is a definite must try for those upcoming sweltering summer days.

Equipment
Chopping board
knife
food processor or blender
spatula
paper cups or plastic molds
lolly sticks (that Jamie Oliver)

Ingredients
2 small ripe bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries or frozen blueberries
2 cups fat-free natural yogurt
2 Tbsp runny honey

Directions
1. Peel and slice banana and put it into a food processor or blender with frozen berries, yogurt and honey. Whiz it up on a low setting until really smooth.
2. Divide the mixture between 6 paper cups or plastic molds – you want about 4 ounces in each.
3. Place the pops in the freezer for 10 minutes, then gently poke a lolly stick into the center of each one. Place back in freezer for at least 3 hours, or until solid.
