I just love a warm chewy bagel smeared with cream cheese. Add a few layers of briny lox, and thin, almost diaphanous slices of red onions and I’m in heaven. Oh, let’s not forget the capers, they’re like little bombs of salty deliciousness on your tongue. I’m so craving this sandwich right now…sigh.
