Yves and I went to the Polo Bar for his birthday and it was an absolutely amazing dining experience. While the food was great, I was most impressed by the excellent customer service. So was Yves and he’s a tough nut to crack. At one point, a waiter came over to our table to dust it for crust. He used the tiniest little duster. Ha!
