Have you ever tried potato pizza? I only found out about it recently, however, it has been a thing for quite some time. You know I have a penchant for trying out new recipes, so off course, I whipped up a potato pie. Something amazing happens when the potatoes start to crisp up, and the cheese oozes and settles onto its outer edges. It’s ridiculously delicious.
